Costume trunk cataloge you can slide the message "How do i get coins"
and get the secret background!!

There is a secret room in the wordrobe in the HQ, only EPF penguins can get in and
i got into the command room!! to get in there you need Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force DS then transfer your coins to your online account and then you should get a certificate like the one on image #2 and then you'll be able to access the command room!!
